1. Who we are

courtsph is a sports court booking marketplace operated by Pillar Core Technologies Inc. (SEC registered). For privacy inquiries: pillarcoretech@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone (optional), password hash, role (player/owner).
  • Booking data: court selections, times, payment references, guest details.
  • Venue owner / KYC data: business details, government ID images, selfies, payout account information.
  • Technical data: device/browser logs, IP address, cookies needed for authentication and security.

3. How we use information

  • Process bookings, payments, payouts, and subscription billing.
  • Verify venue owners and partners (KYC / fraud prevention).
  • Send booking confirmations, receipts, and service notices.
  • Improve search, recommendations, and platform safety.
  • Comply with law, tax, and payment-provider requirements.

4. Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the service: payment processors (e.g. PayMongo), email delivery, cloud hosting, and venue operators (booking details required to honor your reservation). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the Platform from fraud.

5. Retention & security

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute records. We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

6. Your choices

You may update profile details in your account settings. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing pillarcoretech@gmail.com. We may retain certain records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7. Changes

We may update this policy with notice on the Platform or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. See also our legal documents.
